Definition of fully automatic bottle blowing machine:
1. Generally speaking, there are two types of machines for producing hollow containers, namely, pneumatic bottle blowing machines and hydraulic bottle blowing machines. Generally, pneumatic machines produce less than 10L, while hydraulic machines are considered for production above 10L because of their high energy consumption.
2. Broadly speaking, bottle blowing machines include blow molding machines, hollow molding machines, injection molding machines, and more commonly used two-step bottle blowing machines! Currently, most bottleblowing machines are still two-step bottleblowing machines, which require plastic raw materials to be made into a bottle embryo before blowing.
3. Nowadays, the commonly used environmentally friendly plastic is made of PET. Blow molding machine: A machine that sprays liquid plastic out and uses the wind force from the machine to blow the plastic body onto a mold cavity of a certain shape to produce a product. This machine is called a blow molding machine. It is also a type of bottle blowing machine, namely, hydraulic bottle blowing machine.
4. The tubular plastic mold obtained by extrusion or injection molding of thermoplastic resin is placed in a split mold while it is hot (or heated to a softened state). After the mold is closed, compressed air is injected into the mold immediately, allowing the plastic mold to expand and adhere tightly to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling and demoulding, various hollow products are obtained.
