Difference between fully automatic bottle blowing machine and semi-automatic bottle blowing machine

2023/03/28

Bottle blowing machine is a kind of equipment that uses a blow molding process to manufacture plastic particles into hollow containers. Currently, there are two common types. One is a semi-automatic bottle blowing machine that uses a single molding of PP and PE as a hollow extrusion blow machine, and the other is a fully automatic bottle blowing machine that uses a two-step injection, drawing, and blowing method that uses PET, PC, or PP as a double molding machine. The two-step bottle blowing machine is widely used in carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles, edible oil bottles, pesticide bottles, large-diameter bottles, high-temperature resistant bottles, and other packaging containers with crystalline plastics such as PET and PP as raw materials. Many new entrants to the plastic bottle industry need to understand and learn a lot of knowledge before purchasing. They need to purchase according to their own needs. The more expensive a bottle blowing machine is, of course, the better, but it may not be suitable for you. As there are many models of bottle blowing machines, they are generally divided into semi-automatic bottle blowing machines, manual automatic bottle blowing machines, and fully automatic bottle blowing machines.

Features of semi-automatic bottle blowing machine:

1. Can blow 0.1-5 liter PET bottles (one out and two out), 5L-20L (single chamber)

Using a mold with two cavities to blow 500 milliliters of bottles can yield 2000 bottles per hour

Advanced PLC control system, time control can be accurate to 0.01 seconds

4. Special air storage installation

5. The infrared lamp is used for heating, with strong penetration, the bottle preform is heated by rotation, the track rotates, and the heating is average, fast and reliable

6. Different heating lamps are equipped with independent temperature control installation to ensure the ideal heating effect of the bottle embryo

The direction of the heating lamp can be adjusted according to different bottle embryos

8. Only one person is required for operation, and no special training is required

9. Device, easy to start

10. Scrap rate is lower than 0.1%

The fully automatic bottle blowing machine does not require manual operation, and has a production capacity of 2000-8000 bottles per hour. Features:

A. Adopt advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance;

B. Automatic blank feeding by the escort machine;

C. The infrared lamp is used for heating, with strong penetration power. The bottle preform rotates and is heated, and the track rotates. The heating is average, fast and reliable;

The width and height of the lamp tube and reflective plate in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of different configurations of bottle preforms, and automatic temperature exhaust installation is provided to ensure the constant temperature of the drying channel;

E. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking installation. When a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safety state;

F. Each action is driven by an oil pump, which has the advantages of no pollution and low noise;

The air circuit design divides the action and blowing into three parts to meet the requirements of different air pressures for bottle blowing and action;

High pressure and double arm connecting rod mold locking are adopted, with strong mold locking force;

There are two methods of operation: manual and fully automatic;

J. The safe and reliable common valve position design makes the gas path become as clear as the palm of your hand;

K. The production process is fully automated, with advantages such as low investment, high efficiency, convenient operation, simple maintenance, and safety

L. The bottle body is free from pollution

M. The cooling system achieves ideal cooling effect

N. Device, easy to start

The scrapping rate of finished bottles is lower than 0.1%.
